Dear brothers and sisters,
One hears so much about the “bailout”. Ultimately, we will have it pay for it, so it behooves us to take a look from our perspective of aliveness. It is all a matter of energy,of your life energy, you see. Though replete with layer upon layer of complexity, the economy at bottom is a vast mechanism for channeling your life energy into the production of goods and services. Now for the last hundred years you have become steadily more prosperous as your real wages, the amount of goods that you could purchase from the money that you earned, has been rising. But since the 70s not only has that came to a halt, but real wages have been declining. You’ve been on a sort of treadmill, working longer hours for flat or declining income.

This for a number of reasons. First there was the “downsizing” of the 80s and then the digital revolution of the 90s. This meant the same goods or more were being produced with less labor. People were thrown out of work. Then came "outsourcing". The wealth that you created was being sent overseas where labor is cheaper. The manufacturing base that you have built here has been steadily undermined. The result has been a series of economic crises in '52, '58 '63, '71-2, '83, '87, '91, 97-8. In each case, the response has been to increase the money supply and this led to a succession of bubbles. The economy has come to depend on asset bubbles-overvalued stocks, overpriced real estate and dubious financial instruments. As to what effect the current bailout is going to have, please remember that previous administration tried a bailout of about the same amount and the effect has been nil.

Giving a raw cacao, banana smoothie to someone seriously ill may result in a temporary high but is of no lasting benefit. A year from now they will suddenly discover that they need yet another bailout ! The result most likely will be destruction of the American dollar and hyperinflation. If nothing else ,this ought to help us from falling into the delusion that its a “financial crisis” due to "greedy bankers" and unregulated markets. Let us also see through the politicians grandstanding against inordinate “bonuses”. (Even if the banksters agreed to subsist on air, what difference would it make?) The point, brothers and sisters, is that an epoch has ended.

Now, more than ever, your fellow Americans need to share your understanding of aliveness and healing. They need to share your vision of an America based upon decency, respect and giving each a chance to develop his or her highest potential. In place of a “nation of strangers” maybe its time to become a nation of brothers and sisters. No one is going to do it for you. Its up to you to bring about “change you can believe in”.

Here are two videos for your edification. Professor Rick Wolf tells of the tectonic forces beneath the crisis and Marc Faber,an astute observer, offers two scenarios:increasing the money supply by printing money to finance the bailouts will result in either the US defaulting on its debt or hyperinflation,or possibly both. A gladsome prospect,to be sure, and one to ponder over your next cacao smoothie.

Wild Rice - Wildcrafted in a Pristine Wilderness

Real Wild Rice grows wild in the clear lakes of northern Minnesota and Canada. It is wonderfully nutritious, healthy and natural rice.

Real Wild Rice will not grow in rice paddies nor can it be cultivated. (The hybrids all have less nutrients .) Real Wild Rice grows on non depleted soils at the bottom of pristine lakes, is seeded naturally, and has the same nutritional value it had in ages long past.

It is harvested in the fall and is the freshest you can buy.

You don't have to cook wild rice!
One way to prepare it is to soak overnight in spring water. It will double in size. Rinse off in a colander. Season with olive oil, diced garlic, onion, parsley, celery and sea salt, herbs and spices. Top with chopped nuts and Living Tree sundried olives that you’ve pitted and diced. Alternatively, you can put in a blender for a delightful porridge. Anne Marie Vought of Bloomsberg, Pennsylvannia gave us this suggestion.

Heart ‘n Sol-Almond, Cashew, Walnut Halvah

Almond Butter Shortbread

We received this recipe from Martha Morales of Denver,Colorado that we'd like to share with you. Mrs. Morales is not as yet on completely raw food and this delightful recipe is a result of her culinary experiences along the way:-

For some people trying to heal, it is necessary to bake nut flours and butters in order to tolerate them . After trying the raw almond butter made into milk for over a month and then having it baked instead, I have found it makes an enormous difference for me. Below is a very simple recipe that I made up and would like to share. It bakes into a shortbread that seems just like it's made from regular flours, except it's much more tender and light. Everything's adjustable to personal preference. Here's how I do it every day for my lunch. I have nothing else with it except sips of water. It's recommended to have fresh orange pieces /oj and leafy lettuce/celery half an hour after eating it to further aid digestion.

Single-serving Easy-Digest Almond Butter Light Shortbread

Preheat oven to 325 D F

2 heaping tablespoons (Living Tree) almond butter
1 tablespoon honey
dash pure vanilla powder
speck of cinnamon
pinch of (Himalayan) pink salt
Optional (I don't use): a few drops of oil

Combine and mix well. Spread evenly in a lightly oiled oven-worthy dish. I like to use a drop of avocado oil and a ceramic baking dish. Prick the dough with a fork in a few places.

Bake in middle of oven for 12 - 15 minutes until golden brown on top and springy to touch. Don't let it get too dry.

Cool ten or more minutes. Cut carefully if desired and lift pieces out gently onto a plate with a small flat server or eat with a spoon from the dish if it is appropriate.

Enter the World Mind

Mike Adams, the Health Ranger,a tireless fighter for truth and decency has some pungent remarks about the implications of the “bailout” for so-called “healthcare”. What he has to say is so cogent that we have felt compelled to reproduce it:-

The Economic Stimulus bill about to be passed by the U.S. Senate is about much more than simply stimulating the economy: It contains sweeping health care changes buried deep in 800 pages of practically unreadable text. Some of the more frightening items include:

A requirement that the full health care records of all Americans be tracked in government databases by 2014.

  • $954,000,000 in new spending on vaccines. (Almost a billion dollars in vaccinations!)
  • Over half a billion dollars of spending to "carry out chronic disease" and run "genomics programs" ( http://www.naturalnews.com/025608.html).
  • Big Government control over the actions of doctors, who will be required to "harmonize" their medical care to meet new government guidelines.

What does any of this have to do with an "economic stimulus?" It sounds more like a Big Pharma stimulus...

This isn't about right vs. left, Republican vs. Democrat or Big Government vs. small government. This is about the insanity of suddenly unleashing a whole new layer of government bureaucracy regarding health care without any public debate! Such huge changes to any nation should never be passed under the guise of an emergency economic stimulus bill when, in reality, it's hiding 140+ pages of sweeping health care changes that nobody has yet had time to even read (much less actually debate...)

Byron Richards explains yet more about the insanity of this bill as currently written: http://www.naturalnews.com/025607.html
